We look at what other homes in the area have sold for recently, then factor in the cost of repairs. Keep in mind, homeowners who list their properties with an agent on the MLS are paying them about 6% in commissions to sell their homes. When you work with us, there and never any fees or commissions to worry about.
Absolutely nothing. You will not have to spend money making repairs or having the house professionally cleaned. There are other costs sometimes associated with the listing, such as paying someone to professionally stage the property and storage for any clutter that can turn buyers away. In addition, you will not have to pay out any commissions, agent fees or marketing costs. When you work with Apollo Home Buyers, there are no costs or fees to worry about… not even hidden ones.
Typically we are looking for residential houses with 3+ bedrooms, however, we are open to any property in the areas we are buying. We will consider the right commercial properties too!
